16 years and counting as a seasoned hairstylist, and being a Salon Owner for over a Decade, I’ve grown my career in the Beauty industry with Education as the foundation of it all.  I grew my salon into a million dollar business by building great stylists and leaders through my Assistant and Leadership Programs.
